Signage Fabrication Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Signage Fabrication Specialist. You will lead nameboard framing, acrylic bending, LED system wiring, and large-format installation operations across our client locations in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate iron and aluminum grid backing systems for custom signboards.
• Perform high-precision acrylic lettering cuts, alignments, and heat-bending.
• Assemble, wire, and test waterproof LED module grids for illuminated nameboards.
• Execute safe, on-site mounting and assembly of retail fascia layouts.
• Supervise helper fabricators and ensure strict workshop safety practices.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on fabrication experience in signage or metalworks.
• Familiarity with sheet materials (acrylic, ACP, foamboard, polycarbonates).
• Solid knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems (LED transformers, wiring maps).
• Willingness to travel for field installations.
• Excellent physical stamina and capability to work at height.
